Melinda Richardson

Melinda is a dynamic leader in the healthcare space, currently serving as the Head of Client Success at Doveras Fertility, where she guides clients through complex IVF and surrogacy journeys. With a diverse background spanning startups, nonprofits, and family foundations, Melinda has worked at the intersection of reputation management, advocacy, and social impact. She has held prominent roles, including serving on the National Council of the United Nations Association of the United States and as Chair of the United Nations Association Young Professionals in New York.

A passionate global health advocate and photographer, Melinda has collaborated with organizations like CureCervicalCancer and the UN Foundation’s Shot@Life initiative, traveling worldwide to document and share stories of humanitarian aid from the Philippines to Uganda.

Melinda holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Boston University and a Master's degree in Political and Social Sciences from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain. She currently resides in Brooklyn, New York, with her chiweenie, Penny, and is on a mission to visit every U.S. National Park.
